Our offices are still mostly closed, but we have limited appointments for new patients who prefer face-to-face contacts. We are still accepting patients for telehealth. We have many therapists with several different approaches to therapy. Our approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, insight oriented therapy, psychodymanic therapy, and more. Not only do we provide individual and family therapy, but also group therapy and psychological testing.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. We are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. We can help you to develop skills and strategies to manage these uncomfortable feelings.
